一、教授/研究员

岗位条件：

在相关学术领域取得了同行专家认可的科研、技术等成果，具有广阔的学术视野和创新思维，有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力，原则上不超过40周岁。聘期内考核目标明确，具体标准可与学院联系人咨询。

福利待遇：

①全口径工资50+万/年(不含科研绩效);

②安家费120万(包括学校60万，大连市30万*，辽宁省30万*)，留连/来连工作并认定为大连市青年才俊，可申请安家费30万*;博士后留连/来连工作并认定为“兴辽英才计划-博士后”，可获30万奖励*;

Job Requirements

在国内外知名大学取得博士学位不超过3年，身体健康，具有严谨的科学态度和团队协作精神，扎实的研究基础和较强的科研能力，原则上不超过30周岁。聘期3年，考核目标明确，具体标准可与学院联系人咨询。

①全口径工资25-30+万/年(不含科研提成和团队绩效);

②出站后，留连工作并认定为大连市青年才俊，可申请安家费30万*;

③出站后，留连工作并认定为“兴辽英才计划-博士后”，可获30万奖励*。

④优秀博士后出站推荐申请大连理工大学助理教授或副教授，可获安家费50-100万*;

⑤如入选国家、校级相应人才计划，在学校待遇基础上叠加资助(国资计划A档资助56万及科研启动费8万、B档资助36万、C档资助24万;引进计划资助90万及安家费3万);
